As of checking Reddit, according to several individuals, using non named accounts caused them getting no soul bound bag drops, even when soloing dungeons with guaranteed drops (i.e. Snake Pit).

Firstly, DG_Fever's (Developer) patch notes doesn't seem to mention anything of un-named players getting no soul bound so removing that bit. Secondly linking the latest update to the Reddit patch notes. Although I'm having trouble finding the previous patch notes if there were any.
