Shurikens are used by Ninjas to grant themself the "Speedy" status effect for as long as they hold down the ability hotkey. Upon release, they shoot a deadly shuriken (if they have enough MP remaining to fire it). It drains mp at a rate of 10 mp/second for holding it down. During the "Speedy" status effect, Ninjas do not regenerate MP from their Wis stat, but can recover MP from MP potions & their pet. All Shurikens pierce through obstacles.
