That would be a huge issue, considering the dungeon wouldn’t work
However, I haven’t looked more into this and my hypothesis could be entirely wrong.

I’m guessing it’s because in the ice cave, the enemies that spawn the cross things that spawn the tornadoes is always alive, whether or not the boss is dead.
There are still red dots on the minimap in the boss room.
