Can't play in-browser

#1

Please provide the following information when asking for tech support. It helps a lot!

– I’m using Windows 10

  • I’m trying to play in-browser so i can access a mule account
  • Browser is Chrome 55.0.2883.87 m
  • Version of adobe is 24,0,0,194
Basically, when I try to load it in-browser, it does it’s usual load animation, but then gets stuck at the wildshadow studios logo with 100% under it - but never loads beyond that point.
I’ve tried clearing my browser cache (which from looking at another thread, through its settings and the program CClearner), but it still doesn’t work.

Try seeing if anything here works.

CCleaner should work, though…

I suggest using another browser, chrome is horrible with realm. Use firefox/internet explore or use flash projector

Go here to download the flash projector

@Doc you had that gif of using the flash projector, care to share it again? I forgot where it was >.>

EDIT: Thanks doc <3

Okay, sorry for not mentioning this, but the thing is I already use the flash projector with my main account. The problem is, I want to login in-browser using my mule account so i can easily transfer items from my mule to my main account when I need to (meaning that I’m logged into two different accounts at the same time on the same computer)

It’s almost certainly you need to clear your cache. DECA updated the game a few hours ago, which means a new SWF file. Normally your browser notices and gets the new file, but there are always some people who experience problems, because of their browser, or some ‘optimisation’ software on their PC, or their school/firm/ISP running cacheing software that is slow to update.

About this SWF file, is there a way to manually download it?
But otherwise, the ‘optimisation’ software thing was is a killer, already know of a certain antivirus that’s blocking a lot of things on my pc (cough cough norton)

Oh my god Doc… it was all going so well until whatever the crap this monstrosity is!

Yes, click File => Save.

I just do this to download:

wget https://realmofthemadgodhrd.appspot.com/AssembleeGameClient1484245899.swf

But this is on a Mac. I don’t know the equivalent for Windows. Anyway, you don’t need to download it for normal play. You can point your browser at the above URL. Don’t bookmark it though, as it changes every time they update the game. Instead bookmark this:

http://realmeye.com/appspot

which always points to the correct swf file.

The GIF just reduced color depth to decrease file size.
