Expo or Exa HP on knight?

Pretty much the title. I made a knight and am just wondering.

If you have maxed MP, use Expo for 3 stuns, if not maxed, then HP

I usually like Exa HP for the extra survivability, but expo can be used if you want an extra stun.

Expo tends to be better on other classes as they can make better use of the Def and Vit, but it’s still decent on Knight if you either spam Shield a lot or don’t have a very good MHeal pet and if you do a lot of godlands.

Exa Hp/Nile are more recommended on Knight though.
