The items not being tradable right now means they arenā€™t worth any amount of currency. However, if the items were unsoulbounded on this very day, the supply vs demand (almost everyone in the game) will be GREATLY weighted towards the demand. For players who donā€™t have the UTs that they want, they can now get them and will pay an extreme amount of currency for them.

Jugg should be higher than CDirk, I agree:

By this, I meant that I believe the CDirk will be 35 Life, and the Jugg would be easily 45-50 Life.

This isnā€™t even taking into account the people who want to hoard these UTs incase they are made soulbound again.
