Getting VERY bad lag recently

The game used to run fine, but in the past few weeks I’ve been getting little spikes of lag. the game will run fine, but every 30 seconds the enemies will rubber band for about 3-4 seconds, and its made the game unplayable.
I’ve tried running the game in high priority but that hasn’t changed a single thing.

My OS is windows, i use adobe flash projector, and my specs are below.

just did a semi rush at first switch at archer and it was scary as hell with the lag

rubber bands=connection issue=DECA can’t run servers for shit
