I’m not too opposed to this.
It would be interesting to see really low-level UT’s.
I’d rate this 5/10. Not bad.

The sprite could benefit from some more shading.
The debuffs seem crazy for low-level players.
Really, those are my only criticisms.

Well, there are a lot of negative stats on it. It’d seem useless to a low-level player, and their stats are low enough anyway.

Oh, woops. It would be nice on rogue for the extra dps it normally lacks.

Cannot be used on sin for obvious reasons.

Maybe on trickster.

Cannot be used on ninja because of that abysmal def boost.
