RealmEye Graveyard is Missing a Character Death

So I lost a maxed pally and then proceeded to lose several other characters right after haha. However, my dead pally is not showing up in my graveyard. Deaths following that one do show though. Is there anyway to fix this?

Tell me if i'm an idiot or not but how come my graveyard isn't showing up my deaths? i think i may have turned it off somewhere back then and now it doesnt show up on realmeye anywhere any clue?

Missing Graveyard Information

I can't seem to find any information about any of my character's deaths on my RealmEye page. The account is over 4 years old and I did take a 2+ year break from the game. I was able to successfully rejoin and continue where I left off but I can't get any graveyard information. I assume the break may have ties to it but all questions relating to this doesn't solve my problem. I receive this message "Kabam hasn't migrated dead character data for this account." Is there that button ‘Click if you think you’re dead heroes are missing’ on your graveyard page?

Yeah it did. I clicked it and the graveyard updated, but nothing changed. A few weeks back when I died on that character, I had to manually tell realmeye that it was dead, which seems to be the cause of the problem. That specific character was not detected by realmeye when I witnessed my demise.
