Never back up against a wall during bomb phase you cannot see bombs behind the wall, I lost one character to that and Have not gone against the wall since.

Right as birds spawn I always run up the left wall to get above everybody before the bird trap the bottom left corner.

The rest besides rage phase is really easy.
