The UT’s read like something out of a private server. I’m not sure I liked the direction a lot of those are going.

UTs seem sketchy if all of them are added in- it’s far more UTs from one dungeon than any other. Personally I doubt that this will drop from an event, since if it’s “harder than shatters” it makes sense that it should drop from something harder than an avatar. And shrine/cube/all other event bosses are far easier than Avatar, not harder.__

people are forgetting the original shatters concept included a bunch of UT items and instead Kabam added 3 rings.

there are some situations in which it is ok, like on reddit sometimes a comment will be manually approved.
