still one of the rarest items…

also its not, the +4wis makes it good for assassins (however minimal it is), also is a mid between normal and eth, if you need more range than etherite but not as much has foul. Also looks awesome

the eth also has +4 wis and +4 vit on top of that,and the 0.5 range is really minor imo…
