After 4,5 years, it’s finally mine.

I don’t get the use of QoT. It doesn’t pierce, and it has extremely high cooldown and mana cost. This quiver is very situational, since it technically is only useful against enemies/bosses who are immune to paralysis, which is like, a few I think.
