Unless I’m misunderstanding something, isn’t this basically a more expensive T6 Tome that weakens the user?

Design and idea is still cool tho. Maybe have it cost less than T6 Tome to balance out the Weak effect?

Doesn’t priest already have a hard enough time getting damage in already? I don’t feel like this would be useful, and not worth the dungeon difficulty of the Ivory Dragon.
