The Fighter Bee orbits around the Warrior Bee. It will fire shots at players while doing so.

Fighter Bees do not hit very hard and serve to get between you and the warrior bee. You can just kill them and attack the warrior bee, or ignore them entirely.
Interestingly, these minions hit harder than the bee that summons them.
