The Fire Blight is a minion spawned randomly during waves within The Arena. It is an upgraded version of the Bomb Father, and an extremely powerful upgrade of the Bomb Devil.

Chases players while spawning Fire Bombs and firing shotguns of blue bolts at them. Alternates between narrow shotguns of higher-damaging bolts and wider shotguns of lower-damage bolts.

Fire Bomb
Because the lava spawned by the fire bombs he throws does not disappear between waves, and will stay present until the end of the given arena attempt, fire blights should be targeted and killed as soon as possible.
Besides throwing the lava-spawning fire bombs, fire blights are also quite powerful. Dodge their shots whenever possible.
When invisible, fire blights will not throw fire bombs at players, so players using a Rogue to complete The Arena should cloak immediately before new waves to prevent bombs from being thrown before the fire blights can be destroyed.
