Characters with little defense should make an effort to avoid their aimed volleys, as a single vampire can deal significant damage.
Characters with maxed defense still shouldn’t ignore the bullets fired by large groups of these enemies (as they are often encountered), because their combined barrage of bullets can quickly whittle down the health of any unsuspecting player.
