Liquid Evil can only be found in the Mad Lab. In the Mad Lab, Liquid Evil is found in a long hallway you must navigate though to get to other parts of the dungeon. The hallway has narrow paths and walls lined with turrets firing confuse bullets which are meant to confuse your character and cause it to walk straight into the liquid evil that surrounds the path.
Liquid Evil does 32 armor-piercing damage and damages the player about four times per second while standing in it.
