This is a starter ability for the Paladin class. It does not drop from enemies.
For those who like to keep their starter abilities, keep this. Great for healing little bits of damage after something like a bleeding attack.
History
Before Exalt Version 1.1.0.0 (Sep 2020), this seal lacked a HP Boost and cost 65 MP. It has received new WisMod formulas.
