Stheno’s most impressive minion is a large red cobra, her designated guardian of the temple. To dispose of any explorers raiding her domain, she rigged her guardian’s room with deadly arrow traps. |

From Snakepit Dart Throwers |
The Snakepit Guard is located in the Treasure Room of the Snake Pit, a large, long room with a red button at the top. Initially, the room is empty, but when a player stands on the button, the invincible Snakepit Dart Throwers along the walls will begin rapidly firing darts that inflict Bleeding, and the Snakepit Guard will spawn in the center of the room.
The Guard chases players at a slow pace, firing 3-shot spreads of Snake Spit and rings of Snake Spinners that daze. Every now and then it will fire 3-directional Snake Balls that inflict heavy damage and Daze, with one of them being aimed at the nearest player. It will also be throwing pairs of red grenades that deal area damage on impact.
After losing enough HP, the Guard temporarily goes invulnerable. It then starts moving back and forth along the room’s length, firing Snake Balls in four directions and Snake Spit to its side while constantly throwing red AoE bombs along its path. Every time it reaches the end of the room, it will fire several spreads of faster Snake Spinners in front of itself.
The dart throwers will stop firing upon the Guard’s death.

If you are struggling with the boss, take the fight slowly and try to analyze its firing and movement pattern. It looks overwhelming at first glance, but its attacks often look much more intimidating than they actually are.
Try avoid the darts from the Dart Throwers, as their Bleeding effect negates VIT and deals damage over time, making it particularly dangerous for lower-level players. If you have good gear, however, the Dart Throwers can be ignored as they deal minimal damage to anyone with decent DEF.
