Notes
This item is a reskin of the T11 Staff of Astral Knowledge and appears yearly in the Halloween events. It drops wherever a Staff of Astral Knowledge would normally drop during the Halloween season.

History
It was first obtainable during Halloween 2014 from The Alchemist, the Mystery Box Shop, the Zombie Horde event, or any enemy that drops T11 weapons. It was removed from drop tables and mystery boxes at the end of the event.

Patch 27.7.X7 (Oct 2016) saw it dropping again in place of the T11 winter weapons and along with the other Halloween reskin weapons were made unsoulbound/tradeable.
