This gives it a lot more usability as a tome, as it allows the Priest to do something that it hasn't been able to do pre-modification: rush dungeons or across the Realm at breakneck speed. With this ability, it remains viable on a class heavily reliant on the UT tomes the player may or may not have access to. \r\n\r\nIt's a great tome for general use granted that the player can control the speedy effects that the tome provides, and serves as an excellent way of healing allies due to the high healing effect and lingering regeneration it provides on targets at such a low MP cost.\r\n\r\nWhen using this tome, be careful not to fling yourself into danger on accident. If you are having trouble controlling this, it's strongly recommended you carry a [Tome of Divine Favor](\/wiki\/tome-of-divine-favor) with you, as it gives you the same healing effects and regeneration across the same radius, just without the added uncontrollable Speedy effect.\r\n\r\nDescriptions in-game are currently bugged, causing wis-affecting equipment to appear to have twice the effect they really do (this effect is only for the descriptions- not the actual result). This page shows the actual formulas, not the ones based off the (incorrect) descriptions.\r\n\r\n
