Account in nexus, help?

Hi… Today I started playing realm and I log on, but there is a Load Error, Retrying. So I go on my mule and I see my character in the nexus. It hasn’t moved at all and its in the same spot for some reason, and weirdly, on realmeye, it says it was seen 20+ minutes ago, even though it is sitting in the nexus. I finally got it to work and now it just gets stuck at the log in screen. Help?

im pretty sure itll go away if you log out, and give it a couple of hours for a server restart. but good luck with that fam
