On flash yes. For exalt I’d recommend Arachna’s webs.

But does shooting the stationary tomb bosses still work to farm accuracy on Exalt?

You could farm accuracy against the Crystal Entity in the realm. It does require you to find one on a relatively empty server but if you log in at off hours (not peak hours) it should be fairly easy

It should work, just Arachna eggs are better farm because you can get over 100% acc

If anyone is curious, I just tested this and I can confirm that tutorial turrets do NOT work for farming accuracy on flash either, now.
