i noticed all the vids of this happening happened to people who organize their vault
organize as in dragging and dropping into a specific vault slot and rearranging them
i am one to just drop items into the vault and pick up whatever i need by using the “sort by” filter and i never have lost an item from my vault
maybe this has something to do with the vault bug? just observable patterns
i can be wrong though since i haven’t watched EVERY SINGLE CASE, so if anyone can correct me if i’m wrong, you’re welcome to
just something i noticed right now i thought was worth mentioning pointing out
system
