Welcome to the Arena of Atlantis, a new dungeon concept.

Arena of Atlantis

The Arena of Atlantis is a high-level dungeon where players must go through stages of fights like the Haunted Cemetery. However, the players have limited time before they suffocate from the water. Here are the stages:

  1. First Wave
  2. Water disappears, players get oxygen
  3. Room is submerged in water
  4. Second Wave
  5. Repeat

The oxygen bar takes 20 seconds to reach 0. Once it reaches 0, the players will receive 80 damage per second.

Coral Clump

Deadly ocean plants that are the ultimate bane to all explorers.

Stationary enemies that spray shots around themselves.

Kraken

Monsters of the sea that the Atlantians managed to tame centuries ago.

This is where the Coral Plants, Sea Sentries, and Killer Sharks will be located:

The outer circle line is the dungeon, the inner circle line is the Killer Shark’s movement path, the pink circles are the Coral Plants, and the blue circles are the Sea Sentries.

There are five waves in total, and after each wave, the enemies get buffed. Below are the numbers of enemies spawned:

Wave 1: 4 Coral Clumps, 4 Sea Sentries, No Killer Sharks, 2 Sea Scouts (+1 per 4 players in dungeon), 2 Soldiers (+1 per 6 players in dungeon)

Wave 2: 4 Coral Clumps, 4 Sea Sentries, 1 Killer Shark, 3 Sea Scouts (+1 per 4 players in dungeon), 3 Soldiers (+1 per 6 players in dungeon)

Crossbow of Seas

An ancient ocean artifact long used by the protectors of Atlantis to fend against evil.

Tier: UT
Shots: 4
Damage: 35-45 (average: 40 / total: 160)
Range: 7 tiles
Rate of Fire: 140%
Projectile Speed: 100
Projectile Lifetime: 700
Special Properties: Shots Hit Multiple Targets, Wavy Shots
Stat Bonuses: +3 SPD, +3 WIS
Fame Bonus: 5%
Feed Power: 800

Water Silk Armor

A light pearl-adorned piece of armor that provides the user agility as well as healing with its aura of Atlantian enchantments.

Tier: UT
Stat Bonuses: +80 HP, +10 VIT, +8 SPD
Fame Bonus: 5%
Feed Power: 700

An interesting armor that, instead of giving DEF, provides 80 HP, 10 VIT (a very large sum), and 8 SPD (a crazy amount). Putting this on a character that requires immense SPD is a good idea as long as you’re confident in your dodging capabilities.

Atlantis Gauntlet

A sacred item of the Atlantian seas used by sworn guardians to protect the ocean citadels.

Tier: UT
Stat Bonuses: +8 DEF, +6 ATT, -4 SPD
Fame Bonus: 5%
Feed Power: 600

All of these drop from the Kraken.

So yeah, crappy stuff, I know. I’m working on three different dungeons on three separate docs and I still got bored so I just made this to pass the time.

#2

very interesting. please flesh out the drops.

#3

I like it. 20 seconds seems a bit short though. Get rid of the oryxgen depleting shots. Paralyze might be a bit OP. Maybe replace with slow?

#4

Sexy

#5

Yeah, I’m working on it.

i can lengthen it

really? i think they’re interesting and add something new to the game. i guess i can make it less though

ok

#6

Ummmm. This is absurd. Most groups (less than 3), take more than 20 seconds to clear a haunted cemetery, and, this makes it too easy to mess up. If your group doesn’t have a pally and warrior, your fucked

#7

Yeah, that’s what @arexrew said. I’m doing the edits right now.

#8

You don’t always have to ping someone when you mention them
Only ping when you want the user to see you post.

#9

Oasis Giant is supposed to be for like level 14 players though…

#10

well it ends now…

#11

Nice quacken
