Ballistic star
(On top of what it already does):
On Ability Use: Applies Healing for 4 seconds.
Effect: Throw 4 stars.
Inner Circle: Throw an additional 4 stars at half the range, but twice the strength.
No more healing while key held
Damage: 800-1500 -> 100-100 (additional stars do 200-200)
Effects: No longer Slows, shots now Armor Pierces and Stun for 2 seconds (additional stars stuns for 4 seconds)
