Black Friday Ample Pack Not Working?

Is the Black Friday Ample Pack not working for other people or is it just not loading into my gift vault yet?

(Edit: I sent in a support ticket and my character slots and vault slots appeared on my account less than 10 minutes later–instead of in my gift chest. If anyone else runs into this problem just send a ticket and it seems like they’ll get it done right away).

When I got it, at first it didn’t show up at all. After I restarted my game tho it showed up not in my gift chest, but just there so I think after some time or if you restart you will get it.
