Can you get banned for scamming?

I sold my shatters key for 2 life, guy said he would pay after open, he didnt pay so this is making me really mad. It was the last key I had so can he get banned ? Pls answer fast
Also people on USWest2 keep trying to scam my def and others just try scamming on realmeye.

Tag them as a scammer on realmeye and move on, not much we can do
You can submit a scam report but deca wont do much about it

You can report them if you have video evidence.
