Can you run unity on windows 7?

Asking for a friend who’s kinda worried. And if you can’t, are there any good programs that can replicate unity player

cmiiw Unity has already abandoned a grouped Unity Player (web version anyway) and now can be run standalone. Kinda like Hollow Knight and Cuphead
