Wow. I cannot believe I have never seen this thread!! One of my favorite things to do is play the caro-kann against high level players in bullet because it is hard for them to gain an advantage

(My local rating is about 1750, chess.com 3 min is like 1650 sorry I only glanced over the game quickly, so take what I say with a grain of salt)
I am confused about why you played h3 on move four? Maybe Bg5 or e3 right away is better. Bb4+ Nc3 is what happens in the queen pawn opening when you do not develop your piece promptly. It would of been easily avoided by Bg5. Fortunately, due to the opening you played his c pawn did not allow his queen to move to a5.
At a3, recognize that there is no threat and that you are only wasting moves booting the bishop. After that, you made some blunders, but you can fix those yourself
