Constant rubberbanding high net jitter HELP!

Since the past few days I’ve been experiencing a constant net jitter of <100 which is creating too many rubber-banding lag for the game to be playable for me, no matter what server I am in.

I can’t use ethernet (My computer is too far from the ethernet system and I can’t move it) and I’ve tested my internet and found no issue with it (I don’t experience lag in other programs/apps as well). I use Flash Projector as my client, and I’ve tried rebooting my system a few times to no avail.

Is this supposed to be potato servers or does anyone might have any tips to reduce net jitter lag in these cases? I need someone to at least respond quickly.

  1. Try using a server close to your location (if you live in Kansas go on USMidWest/USMidWest2, if you live in the UK go on EUWest/EUWest2, and such).

  2. Maybe an extension cable for your ethernet?

  3. Testing your general ping/net jitter (http://ping-test.net/).

  4. Contacting your ISP (internet service provider) and asking.

  5. Reboot/Replace your router and/or modem.

  6. Testing (Realm) on a separate device on the same internet (connection) to indicate weather it’s “widespread”/your PC’s fault or not.

Fixed that for you.

@DosVapes You said EUEast would be a good server for people from the UK, but the UK is closer to EUWest. It’s a minor thing but I wanted to mention it.
