Deca Support Ticket Withdrawal

As the title says, is there a way to withdraw a support ticket? I’ve checked the guidelines and I didn’t see anything about withdrawing.

You could send them another ticket telling them to ignore the first ticket. Since sending another ticket, will put the first ticket to the beggining of the queue too, both will be read at the same time.
