Do the O3 minibosses drop O2 tops?

It says on the top page that tops drop from the oryx minibosses, but on the miniboss pages it says they don’t?

They only drop T6 abilities. I will add them to the drop table in their pages.

So, it says that they drop void tops, not entirely sure about that, as I have not had luck with getting into O3s, but it would make a little sense.

They drop Void tops, yes, iirc.
