Fame Box Purchase Not Showing up?

Hi All,

I logged in today and saw that I could purchase a box with 550 fame. I purchased 5 of them and they aren’t showing up in my gift chests?

The correct amount of fame was deducted from my account. What can I do?

Have you tried closing exalt and re-opening it

Double check to make sure they’re absent by leaving the Vault and re-entering. Close the game if that doesn’t work like mentioned above, and if all else fails (and you really think it’s worth it) contact support.

Do you have all your gift vault space used up? If so you need to reenter the vault to refresh what’s displayed; that’s the case for me. I haven’t seen any other issues about things not showing up in gift chests.

Thank-you everybody, I shutdown the game client and started it again. Then I was able to see my items.
