1st skin is interesting.

the rest look like hot trash to be frank. they’re incomplete, the color schemes are unpleasant, and the overall look of the sprite is very messy. I would suggest researching some color palate section tutorials and working on making your sprites more clean.

Recoloring sprites is not a good way to learn. You gotta strike out on your own! Look at sprites and see what is appealing to the eye and what isnt!

Oh right I also highly recommend the rotmg ideas discord if you want to improve your spriting. The only thing is you have to be accepting of criticism and they aren’t exactly tact about it. If you can let stuff roll off your back they’ll help you improve immensely

Or try the r/pixelart Discord, good place to get feedback from experienced artists. Whenever I do pixelart nowadays (which isn’t frequent), I try to get opinions there to continue improving. The place also has useful links for starting out, such as Cure’s general pixel art guide.

ThatsMyJam’s suggestion probably fits better for RotMG-related art, but my suggestion will help you with pixelart in general, I hope.
