some ratatouille I made a bit ago
also to add onto to an earlier thing I said,
Im a small person on and that is the amount i will eat when Im not doing anything but when I am active or I worked out I could eat a lot.
I could eat over 3000 calories if I wanted but a lot of my life has changed my eating habits to only wanting to eat when i really need to and not eating snacks though recently that has changed slightly
finished product and on the plate
mine used eggplant, tomatoes, yellow squash and green squash
it’s cold and rainy here in the northern alps (as I love the summer)
when it’s cold I like to make Lasagne
and afterwards a good beer (Zötler Korbinian Dunkel)
Some leftover nasi, iirc. Just some rice and veggies. I might have used some teriyaki sauce too, but I don’t know for sure =w="
Made some donuts a bit ago and they came out really good!
took a while to get them all finished but it was worth it
