Founder of a guild!

So when i came first time in this game i came with a friend, after we descovered the game we made a guild, i made it exactly, but since we both wanted that guild, can he get the Founder to? I’ve researched and there were cases where a guild had 2 founders, so if its posible how can i give him founder? If its posible i’ll add more details in.
