i contacted kabam support a few minutes ago but they haven’t responded yet what should i do??

ok so i think i found the problem, my fiverr purchased hacked client was sending error to main servers and it was deleting all of my characters

update; noone is letting me in a guild now they’re saying that they saw my character deletion and knew i was hacking guys how can i fix this

i swear ive never used a hacked client
