About everytime i enter a portal the game sends me to the main menu and i get disconnected from my account. How can i fix this? The game is unplayable right now.

If it recently started happening, it could be internet rush hour. Stuff like this are pretty common, and though they range widely, disconnections usually happen due to network issues. Assuming this is the case, I would wait it out for a few hours, maybe even a day. Make sure to minimize the number of other devices running the network while you play.
