The shading on the sprite is quite nice, but his eyes and mouth are a bit bright. Perhaps make them black, or a shade of some other color like red or purple?

Overall a nice sprite, I would wear it.

Everything is pretty good, except I don’t like shading on the staff. It’s kinda unnecessary.
