Glitch where I can't create a charcter

Recently I have been having a glitch where every time I try to create a character, it stays as level 0 and gets a weird black and white sprite for its weapon. It’s a fresh account that I intended to be a mule, but I am unable to even get into the tutorial with him, any help would be appreciated.

Hmm, the only time Ive ever seen that happen is when I try to get on my testing account after the testing period closes

But hes an orange star, how would you be able to get that without a vertified account?

He is talking about another new account that he made to be a mule

Someone I know has had this issue on his main account and had to send a support ticket to restore the character slot. It was fixed, although it took a while for support to get back to him.
