Gold that was paid for but unpaid to account

I got $100 of gold and it was undelivered (the money was taken out of my account) but I have had contact with XSOLLA and they said that it would be added when the servers would not be so busy, I know there is not a time for this but anyone know if the payment is going to go through after a while, thanks.

This happened to me once. Took around a day for the gold to appear.

If you won’t get gold after day (as SkySlurp said) , you should probaly contact Deca with proof of you getting this gold.
