I just misclicked on portal of cowardice

I’m pretty sure there is a hotkey that lets you connect to the latest realm you were just in, as well as command that lets you do so. And I’m pretty sure even during events people would do Oryx, and they can freely leave and rejoin closed realms, so all the people joining back aren’t always from dungeons, rather, most of them are hackers.
