How are some guilds missing ranks? [blank on RealmEye page]

For example, the guild End Game is missing the rank of leader:

Basically when you’re changing someone’s rank in your guild, your client sends a packet with the guild mate’s name and the rank number to change to (0 for initiate, 10 for member, 20 for officer, 30 for leader, 40 for founder). When the packet contains a guild rank number thats between those numbers and not exact then that happens (rank numbers like 1, 4, 12, 21, 33, 39). It’s usually done with modified clients or bot clients.
