How do you correctly post images on the wiki?

I tried using an imgur, but it just doesn’t work. Any tips on what I’m doing wrong?

Usually I download it first then drag & drop the image.

It’s no different from posting external images to here on the forum, or to anywhere that accepts standard HTML or markdown code:

![imagename](imgur.com/whatever.jpg)
or
<img src="imgur.com/whatever.jpg" title="imagename">

If feeling lazy you can copy the code from another image on the same page, or edit another page to grab the code.
You possibly have to compile the page before saving, can’t remember as it’s been a while since I edited.
