How to force 800x600 windowed exalt?

That’s how I did it:
ESC for menu
Options
Video tab
Display:
Window mode: windowed
Resolution: 800*600

oohh? so that means the choices in game = the choices in your pc/laptop’s resolution? thats probably why the minimum is 1024x768 in mine. thanks.

I’m not technically minded either, but i think the max resolution your game can run at depends on your screen resolution, and the minimum is 800*600. You can select any resolution between these values. What you select in game affects the game only - and luckily so I still want to see a movie in the background!
