An easy way would be to find a niche. Like guilds that speak a specific language or live in a specific country, so you always have things in common and want to be in a guild with each other.

Send your IRL money on keys to appease the ungrateful little- uh friends… Hopefully they too will buy keys. Also try to get your guildmates all in one timezone.
