How to make guild description and why it says not a confirmed member?

Realm eye doesnt see any of my members as a confirmed player and i myself even with founder rank cant even make a guild description anyone help w this subject Guild is Fallen Ones

Pretty sure any guild with spaces in its name has the “not confirmed member” problem.

guilds been around for probably 5 years now thats so weird and were ranked top 100 now im tryna get a description for the guild for new recruits
