How to Make Guilds More Useful

How to Make Guilds More Useful (Without Adding a Guild Vault Chest)
(Each new modification made would be made in addition to the normal aesthetic changes)
As a part of these changes, only guild founders would be able to upgrade the guild hall, and each guild would get an emblem, discussed below.
Guild Hall 1 (un-upgraded guild hall)
Add a tips bot that shouts out random tips every 10 seconds and wanders the guild hall, and add guild leaderboard, discussed below
Guild Hall 2 (guild hall has been upgraded once)
In addition to the normal aesthetic changes from upgrading:
Add an NPC named Ronnie the Drunkard that wanders the guild hall. Every so often, Ronnie would stop and shout a random phrase such as “I used to be an adventurer like you…”, then throw a 1 tile radius aoe bomb at the nearest player. This bomb would do no damage, but make players drunk for 2 seconds.
Add a Guild Shop, unlockable for 20,000 guild fame, discussed below.
Guild Hall 3 (guild hall has been upgrading twice)
Add a Guild Market unlockable for 50,000 guild fame, discussed below, and make the changes to the Guild Shop specified in its description.
Guild Hall 4 (guild hall has been upgraded three times)
Make the changes to the Guild Shop specified in its description and increase the max number of players in the guild to 100 players.
Guild Hall 5 (guild hall has been upgraded four times)
Add a Guild Farm unlockable for 100,000 guild fame, discussed below, and make changes to the Guild Shop specified in its description.

Guild Leaderboard:

The guild leaderboard would be an additional board in the guild hall that would show the top 20 guilds in each of several categories: guild fame, fastest shatters run, fastest lost halls run, and fastest nest run. The “fastest run” category would keep track of the amount of time between when the dungeon is opened in the guild hall and when the main boss of that dungeon is killed (marble colossus for LH, forgotten king for shatters, killer bee queen for nest).

The Guild Shop:

The Guild Shop would be a shop accessible from an NPC in the guild hall in which players could buy specific items for fame. Players would be able to buy different items depending on their guild hall. All of these items would be soulbound and would be sent to players’ gift chests. The items and prices at each level of guild hall are as follows:

Items Available:
Guild Hall 2: the various drinks dropped from beer gods, the wines dropped by wine cellar minions, and pirate rum
Guild Hall 3: (in addition to those from the second guild hall) snake oil, pollen powder, healing ichor, speed sprouts, bottled honey, and holy water
Guild Hall 4: (in addition to those from guild halls 2 and 3) drake eggs, 1 hour exp boosters, and gumballs
Guild Hall 5: (in addition to those from guild halls 2, 3, and 4) the various drinks dropped from the beach zone, tinctures of def, life, mana, and dex, sand pails, wooden boxes, ghost pirate rums, lucky clovers, (maybe???) the as yet unreleased tinctures of courage and fear (if deca took the time to make them more balanced), and (maybe???) vanity items

Guild Market:

The guild market would be an area in the guild hall in which players could sell items to their guildmates for fame. Players would pay a certain amount of fame to list their item until it is sold. The amount of fame players would pay for listing an item would be determined by a guild founder upon upgrading the guild hall to guild hall 3, and could be set to any number greater than 15. The fame players would pay for listing an item would be converted into guild fame. Founders would be able to change the price for listing an item at the cost of 5,000 guild fame. The price of listing an item would be decreased by a quarter for every guild rank above initiate a player possesses (meaning founders would be able to list their items for free). Soulbound items wouldn’t be able to be listed, and players would determine the fame cost of their item. To prevent this from being exploited as a way to store additional items without buying vault chests, each player would be limited to only two listings at any given time and every guild would be limited to a maximum of 30 items in the market at any given time. While this fame economy would likely take effort to start up (meaning multiple players would have to take a risk and put their goods on the market with the potential of not getting much return to get it started), it would be a nice way for players to be able to get items they need without the tedium of realmeye trading and allow players to get rid of unwanted items without them going to waste.

Guild Farm:

The guild farm would be an area in the guild hall in which officers, leaders, and founders could pay guild fame to grow feed power items. They would pay a specific amount of guild fame based on the feed power of the item they were growing, and after a week a copy of that item would be sent to every guild member’s gift chest.

Prices:

Potato (500 FP): 6000 Guild Fame
Lettuce (1000 FP): 11000 Guild Fame
Brussel Sprouts (1500 FP): 15500 Guild Fame

Guild Emblems:

Guild emblems would be 16x16 icons that would display next to the guild’s name when looking at a player rather than their rank. This icon would be chosen from a preset list on founding the guild and would be able to be changed by the founder at any time for 2500 guild fame. Emblems would also be able to be chosen from any 16x16 sprites saved on the rotmg draw tool.

Also increase Dummy HP so that you can feel DPS differences better. Probably a 5k health dummy, a 10k health dummy, and moving 2k health dummies. Guild Training/Testing Room

That is also a good idea.
